June 24, 2019Are you interested in being active in the local community? Sit in on the next AGLA Board meeting and meet the leadership team. We will meet on the patio and enjoy the dinner special. This is a great way to learn more about the organization and to be part of this grassroots organization. You can be an AGLA member regardless of where you reside.
AGLA is a strong beacon for equality. It is an inclusive nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit open to all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning (LGBTQ) people and straight allies. June 29, 2019Come see the WORLD PREMIERE of our documentary Queen of the Capital! June 29 at the Newseum at 3:00 p.m.
The Newseum (our favorite museum in D.C.) is holding an LGBTQ event in honor of Pride. “Queen of the Capital” will be featured! We will hold a Q&A with Muffy Blake Stephyns and Shelby Jewel Stephyns directly after the screening.
Cost of the screening is included in the price of admission to the museum, we’re not doing advanced tickets. The Newseum does have a special for Wells Fargo customers (see the link for information and restrictions).
