Join AGLA for Dinner

We are arriving promptly at 6 p.m. on the enclosed patio on Sunday, August 14. Everyone welcome. Bring friends. This event is free to attend. Simply order any food and drinks on your individual credit cardl there is no group tab.

AGLA is reserving a section of the patio from 6-7 p.m. for those want to dine together. Freddie’s dinner menu is quite the deal and very delicious. See the menu. Please RSVP on Eventbrite. This dinner event is hosted in cooperation with a local Meetup group called Go Gay DC, which curates exciting events across the DMV.

All are welcome to join us regardless of whether you are an AGLA member or a resident of Arlington or Alexandria. Enjoy the great food and drink, meet new people, and catch up with friends you have not seen in a while. Must be 21 or over to get in. There is no cover charge and this is a smoke-free establishment.

In addition, as ongoing community service, clean out your cupboard of unused nonperishable food items for Arlington Food Assistance Center. This event will serve as a convenient collection point.

Parking is usually available nearby on the residential side streets.

Metro Directions: Crystal City Metro is the closest Metro stop. When you arrive, go out the station, walk towards your left to 18th Street and then veer right and walk under the Route 1 overpass to Eads St. Turn left and walk to 23rd Street. Turn right. Freddie’s is up 23rd Street just a block. Just look for the rainbow flags! The venue phone number is (703) 685-0555 in case you get lost. Map.

Freddie’s was voted the Best Virginia Bar by Washington Blade readers. Don’t like a smoky bar? You are covered: Freddie’s is a smoke-free establishment. (Ashtrays are provided outside the back of the building if smoking is ‘your thing’).

All are welcome to join us regardless of whether you are an AGLA member or a resident of Arlington. Bring a friend, enjoy the great food and drink, meet new people, and catch up with old friends you have not seen in a while.
